1. General Shipping Information

ASR Enterprises is committed to delivering your orders promptly and safely. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (after payment is confirmed) and will be shipped immediately*. All your orders will be delivered by the time as per the Delivery Partners assigned. You can track by using the Tracking Number or AWB (Airway Bill) unless otherwise noted. Please note, the maximum delivery time may take around 5-7 business days depending on your location and the courier service.*

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be based on the weight and destination, shipping charges will be provided at payment page, and we strive to meet these timelines.

3. International Shipping

No, we are offering only India wide shipping to selected States only*. In case required any Shipping to International you are requested to contact through Contact Us page or you can go to our Support Page. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and import taxes that are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package using the provided tracking number/AWB (Airway Bill).

5. Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 12 hours of receipt. We may request videos/photos of the damaged item and packaging to facilitate resolution.
