What is the refund policy?

There is no Refund policy once the order is delivered, only product warranty applicable.

You will get the refund when you received the products like such as a defect/damaged/wrong product

We sell only Genuine product in Brand New Condition. We don't sell damaged products, you will get genuine products only, if any damaged product received from delivery partner need valid video proof while opening the package, need to contact within 12 working hours after delivery. Please contact us at 040-35943184 or support@asrcctv.in to initiate a return. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all original tags, labels, and accessories.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
