As of now, we are accepting offline payments. You can choose the type of payment method: Store Pickup, UPI Payment, or Bank Transfer. Once the order is placed, our team will reach out to you. Once the payment is made Offline, your order will be confirm and processed for shipping.

No, we are now offering India Wide shipping to most States. Shipping fees will be vary from delivery location and product weight and delivery time vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping & Handling Policy for more details.

There is no Refund policy once the order is delivered, only product warranty applicable.

You will get the refund when you received the products like such as a defect/damaged/wrong product.

We sell only Genuine product in Brand New Condition. We don't sell damaged products, you will get genuine products only, if any damaged product received from delivery partner need valid video proof while opening the package, need to contact within 12 working hours after delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you can see the Tracking Number with the Shipment Company and Tracking Number in your Orders. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.
Login into your account, click on your "Account name", go to "My Account", then "My Orders". You can see the Delivery Company Name and Tracking Number there.
