1. Refunds
- This policy applies to all customers who purchase products from ASR Enterprises.
- We sell only genuine products in brand new condition. There is no refund once you receive the product; only product warranty is applicable.
- We do not sell damaged products; you will receive genuine products only. If any damaged product is received from the delivery partner, valid video proof is required while opening the package.

- Customers must provide a valid video with proof for refund processing, such as a defect or wrong product received. (We sell only genuine products in sealed condition; to avail refund, you must take a video proof after receiving and opening the product).
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all original tags/labels/stickers, boxes, and accessories.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- The company will provide a full refund for the purchase price, including any applicable taxes, if the product is returned in accordance with this policy.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Custom or special orders are not eligible for refund.
- Any product returned not in compliance with this policy will be sent back to the customer.
2. Returns

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- The company will provide a full refund for the purchase price, including any applicable taxes, if the product is returned in accordance with this policy.
- Once the order is delivered, returns will be accepted maximum of 7 days below (Valid reason required*), after 7 days there is no returns.
- Custom or special orders are not eligible for return or refund.
- Any product returned not in compliance with this policy will be sent back to the customer.
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
