We accept various payment methods, including NEFT / IMPS / RTGS / Online Fund Transfer, UPI Payments, Cash (Only for Hyderabad/Secunderabad customers), Cash-On-Delivery (Only for Hyderabad/Secunderabad customers), Card Swipe (Only for Hyderabad/Secunderabad customers, 2% Additional as transaction Charge) and other payment options as indicated on www.asrcctv.in. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge your order to that payment method.
Payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. If we do not receive payment, your order will be canceled. We reserve the right to decline any payment method for any reason.
Upon receiving your order, we will send an order confirmation email. This email serves as an acknowledgment of your order and includes details of the products ordered, shipping information, and the total cost.
ASR Enterprises ships to various locations. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We don’t Ship to J&K, union territory. We will not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. These costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
All products purchased from www.asrcctv.in are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages, but we will assist the customer in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
We are Authorized Channel Partners of Brands like HIKVISION, CP Plus, Dahua, PRAMA, BIOMAX, Security Products and we sell only genuine product. These companies do not provide replacement of any product even for DOA. Therefore, we do not provide replacement, we only provide warranty services. As for example, you faced issue with any products and you deposit the faulty product at our Hyderabad Office, we send it to principle company to avail warranty services. Whenever i receive product from company (repaired/replacement), we’ll call to you for self-pick-up or you bare shipping charges to send you the product. As such, these branded company product error is very less (less that 1%). Certain restrictions may apply, and we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 7 business days to appear on your account.
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Product should in seal piece condition.
Certain items are non-returnable; including Cables, Connectors, Stands, Racks, Encloser items Etc.. These items will be clearly marked on our website and are not eligible for return or exchange.
